Notes from the May 6 Trustees meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:45PM
Open Forum
Margaret Higgins addressed the board regarding the Foxview lake
covered in algae spots in various locations.
Adam Roberts addressed the board regarding continuing Board
Meetings via Zoom conference call and the possibility of opening an additional beach area in
the future to accommodate social distancing.
Maureen Geary addressed the Board regarding an Eastern High School
senior graduate vehicle parade with a tentative date of Saturday, June 13 th at 2:00 PM and a
rain date being Sunday, June 14 th .
Miscellaneous maintenance concerns about foreclosed and abandoned homes were relayed
and discussed.
The Board reviewed the minutes from the April 1, 2020. Approved.
The Board reviewed the March Financials Statements and Arrears Reports.
The Board reviewed the April Invoices. Ed Ferruggia motioned, and Debbie
Palm seconded that all invoices be paid excluding the Internal Revenue
Service invoice currently pending in Strongroom. This invoice was already
paid.
Delinquencies and the collection report were reviewed. The Board
requested that Deana Frederick follow up with the attorney on three
accounts.
The modification of the dam spill boxes proposal submitted by RDZ, Inc.
was discussed briefly. Additional research is needed to have Alaimo Group
assess the plans and relevancy.
The Board discussed the beach opening and May 2020 yard sale and
unfortunately, until the state restrictions are lifted all events will be
delayed at this time.
The Board requested that Deana Frederick follow up with Walter Cannon
from H&H Landscaping regarding re-grading gravel and ensuring the spring
cleanup and entrance flower installations are completed in May.
Edward Ferruggia Motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:20 pm. Bob Corson
seconded the Motion. The Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
