You must include a picture that shows the area to be worked on. In most cases this will be a shot of your house from the street showing the house and driveway. If it is for a deck replacement then it will show the deck and house from the back or side as appropriate. This can be a photo (jpg or gif) or a document (pdf).

NOTES:
1. Resident is required to obtain all Voorhees Township, state, and any other necessary permits. Call 429-0647
2. Applications cannot be processed unless residents are current in their Association Dues
3. Residents cannot proceed with requested changes until approved by the Architectural Committee. The Architectural Committee has 45 days to respond to applications. This applies even if a Voorhees Zoning Permit is obtained.
Per Voorhees Zoning Board: If this property is subject to a community association (HOA) which requires their approval, that approval must be sought from the association separately. The issuance of a Zoning Permit does not replace or negate a property owner's responsibility or requirement to obtain their association's approval
4. Residents should be advised that if an architectural matter must be referred to the Association attorney, the attorney's costs will become the financial responsibility of the homeowner.
