The Egg Hunt was a great event with a large turnout despite chilly temperatures and a cloudy sky. Children from toddlers to grade 3 searched the fields for 2600 eggs and they found them all. Pictures are at: http://www.sturbridgelakes.com/EggHunt16/photos/phpshow.php

The NJDEP is requiring all lake lowering this year be done in April so the lake lowering project will start April 1.

The lakes will be lowered approximately 2 feet to allow homeowners to clean up their shorelines of debris where needed. Our DEP permit allows us to start on March 1st and requires that the lakes be full again by April … Continue reading →
