Please see the link below to an article about a plan to develop the corner across from Signal Hill School.
It appears the township planning board will hear this request on Wednesday, March 11 at 730 PM.
It also appears the developer seeks a number of variances, and there would be an exit onto Signal Hill Drive.
The SLA has not seen the official plan and has not taken a position at this time.
We did oppose a similar plan some years ago. That plan was approved, although the mayor voted against it, citing “safety” concerns.
If you have any concerns, I strongly suggest you contact the township and plan to attend the Planning Board meeting.
