SLA Trustee Meeting Notes

Meeting called to order at 7:37PM. (Christina not in attendance)
Homeowner Sangita Doshi addressed the Board regarding the board offering yoga classes. The Board advised Mr. Doshi that the association does offer yoga classes at Foxview Beach and to view the website for information. Mr. Doshi also addressed the board regarding a symphony program at the beach. Mr. Doshi is going to provide additional information and report back to the board.
Minutes from April; 3, 2019 meeting were approved
The Board reviewed the Financials and Arrear reports. The board approved the April invoices for payment
The R.D. Zeuli dam repair proposal requires clarification of some of repairs. Ed Salter will contact the contactor.
The Board approved the JEM Paving Proposal for curbing repair, crack sealing and seal coting of the parking area by the tennis courts. The cost of the work is $7,750.00.
Sun Shade needs to be installed at Foxview Beach
Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday May 18 (Rain Date -May 19) . Signs to be posted at WF entrance, Signal Hill entrance, Foxview Beach and Lake 5 dam area.
Board asked for H & H to redo proposal for William Feather entrance flowers
Board requests a proposal from H & H for juniper for Lake 2 dam area.
Board asked to contact B & C tree to remove downed tree in common area by 196 William Feather. Also have B & C provide proposal for pruning at Foxview Beach
