The following are notes and action items relative to last night’s open meeting:
o Meeting called to order at 7:35PM ( Ed Ferruggia not in attendance)
o The Board approved minutes from the February 1, 2017 Open Meeting
o The board reviewed February Financials and March Arrears Reports
o The Board approved payment of all March invoices.
o Lakes 4 & 5 are currently being lowered. Bob Corson will continue to monitor.
o Solitude Lake Management is schedule to be onsite on April 26, 2017 to survey the lakes and treat if needed.
o The Board approved the 2017 Candlewood Management Lifeguard Contract.
o Board discussed SLA Bank Accounts – Further discussion is needed.
o SLA Investments were discussed- Christina Flory will provide update at May Meeting.
o Egg Hunt is scheduled for This Saturday (April 8th) at Ball field by Tennis Courts. Christina volunteered to help.
o Spring Walkthrough originally scheduled for April 22nd will be changed to another date.
o Activity Mail out is currently being work on. I will send copies of mail out to board to review before printing
o Board discussed various architectural violations.
o Board reviewed Resale log
o Meeting adjourned at 8:55PM.
