The following are notes and action items relative to Wednesday’s open meeting:
· Meeting called to order at 7:32PM
· Homeowner Jean Poper (14 Brookview Drive) addressed the board about residential landscapers blowing grass clippings & debris into streets with it eventually ending up in lakes. The Board agreed to include a reminder to homeowners to advise their landscapers to pick up clippings and debris when next SLA mailing is sent out.
· Minutes from January 4, 2017 meeting approved
· January Invoices were approved for payment
· Board reviewed arears January Arrears Reports. I will Ask Attorney Nona Ostrove to attend the March meeting to discuss collections
· 2017 -2018 Solitude Lake Management’s aquatic vegetation management program was discussed. I will speak to Solitude about proactive treatment of lake 5.
· PSE&G Pruning was discussed. I will contact PSE&G and have them send correspondence that they will prune easement areas as outlined in May ‘2006 Court Order.
· Rte 73 & Signal Hill Lots for sale were discussed. South Side Lot – (2 ½ acres – price +/-$2,000,000.00). North Side (School side) (3 ½ acres – price +/-$3,000,000.00. also lot adjacent to Sturbridge Lakes behind William Feather Drive was discussed.
· 2017 Polar plunge discussed . Cedar Run Wildlife Center representatives will be there. Voorhees Fire has been contacted. We are awaiting the lifeguard proposal from Candlewood Management.
· 2017 Lifeguard Contract – Awaiting Candlewood Management Proposal
· Board approved 2017 Goose Control Technologies egg addling proposal.
· SLA Banking accounts were discussed – Board is asking for additional information from Associa.
· SLA Investments were discussed – Recommendations will be presented at next meeting.
· Various architectural violations were discussed. Violation letters will be sent out.
· I will contact Voorhees Twp. Code Enforcement regarding two houses in Sturbridge Lakes.
· Board reviewed 2016 – 2017 resale logs
