SLA Annual meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:35PM ( Jonathan Jaffee & Henry Doner not in attendance)
· The Board approved November invoices for payment
· Election Results were announced – Arch Ely & Christina Flory were elected to three year term on SLA Board of Trustees.
· Jonathan Jaffee was thanked for his service to Sturbridge Lakes as he is retiring from the Board
· Ed Ferruggia delivered President’s Report to homeowners in attendance.
· Bob Corson delivered 2017 Budget Presentation to homeowners in attendance. The board fielded various questions related to the budget from homeowners.
· Residents discussed various topics with Board (speed humps on Fox Hollow Drive, signage postings on roadway, speeding vehicles thru community, the Evesham Gun Range, trespassers on common area, minutes from meetings to residents, etc.) These items will be discussed further at future meetings.
· There was a specific request for lawn care guidance which has now been added to the SLA web page at: http://www.sturbridgelakes.com/LawnCare/SLALawnCare.pdf
