Yoga in 2020

Sturbridge Lakes is doing yoga on the beach again.

Classes on Thursdays and Saturdays
$100 just Thursdays or just Saturdays
$150 option for both
8:45-9:45am Foxview Beach
Includes the whole summer and into the fall on Saturdays (depending on weather and other factors)
The class is being taught by 10 year Sturbridge Lakes resident and experienced yoga teacher Jennifer Parks
Starting this Thursday, June 18th
No class Saturday July 5th
Contactless and socially distant
Masks are required on the beach when not doing yoga
Teens welcome with parent (or permission slip in addition to waivers)
Beginners to advanced – all are welcome
Class size is limited to 20 – so register now to get your spot
Members are welcome to register, but beach tags are required.
Each participant must sign a Covid-19 release and a class release at the class
Each participant must bring hand sanitizer
SLA members must be current with their dues to participate.
Make checks payable to J Family Wellness LLC and bring to the first class
