Notes from the SLA Trustees meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:45PM (Christina and Arch not in attendance)
Homeowners Jeremey and Stephanie Adamiak addressed the board about vehicles speeding on William Feather Drive and requesting an enhanced speed bump be installed in front of their home. The streets are township owned. The board may talk to the township. The homeowners were also told to contact Voorhees police regarding the speeders
Board approved minutes from the February 13, 2019 meeting
January Financials and February Arrears Reports were reviewed. Board approved all February Invoice except for administrative services invoice – Associa will look into adjustment on this invoice.
Rd Zeuli Dam Proposal was reviewed.
Associa will send proposal to Alaimo Engineering for their input and will ask Alaimo to attend a walk-trough with Zeuli rep and SLA reps to review repair recommendations.
Associa will ask Rd Zeuli for comparative curbing proposal as was provided by Cousins Concrete
Town Square opt out on hold for more information. How many Homeowners pay by CC – Outline all features of Town Square.
Update fines on architectural violators
2018-2019 Resale log reviewed
