Tennis Court/Pickleball Court Rules

2023 SLA Tennis Court/Pickleball Rules
1. All Tennis/Pickleball Players should have their SLA activity tags or Guest tags on in a visible
location
2. Playing time is limited to one hour to allow availability to all.
3. Use periods start on the hour – please vacate promptly when done or at the hour.
4. Tennis/Pickleball courts will be used on a first-come first-served basis. There are no reservations.
5. Remove all trash from the court prior to leaving and properly dispose of the trash.
6. Only people playing tennis or pickleball are allowed in the tennis court enclosure.
7. Court #1 (closest to Rt 73) is a dual use court for tennis and pickleball
8. Courts #2 and #3 are to be used first for tennis
9. If tennis players arrive to play and courts #2 and #3 are in use then they should use court #1 if
not already in use.
10. Pickleball players are restricted to court #1 where there will be pickleball markings on the court.
11. Pickleball nets need to be unlocked and placed on the court
12. After pickleball playing is finished, the nets should be returned to their locked positions and
locked
13. It is important to be aware of your surroundings and respect other players who may be using
the court for the same or a different sport.
