Several weeks ago, payment coupons/statements for the Sturbridge Lakes Association’s 2022 annual dues were mailed to all Sturbridge Lakes Homeowners. If you have not received a coupon/statement, please contact the management office at 888-884-8490 as soon as possible. If you have already submitted payment for your 2022 annual dues, thank you.
Annual dues for 2022 are $465.00. Payments made by check should be mailed to: P.O. Box 60002, Newark N.J. 07101. Please be sure to write your account number on your check. If you wish to pay by credit card or e-check, please log on to www.townsq.io to make your payment. If you have not already registered with Town Square, you will need to register prior to making your payment. (Please note that you will be charged a convenience fee to pay by credit card or e-check)
If you have not submitted payment of your 2022 annual dues by March 31st 2022, please do so immediately. Payments received after March 31st are subject to the Association’s late policy, which is as follows:
Any account 30 days past due will be charged interest at the rate of 3% per month of the annual assessment fee. There are additional charges of if your account is referred to an attorney for collection. If the account must go to court for collection, all attorney fees and court costs become the responsibility of the property owner. There is a $50.00 charge for a returned check in the event that your bank does not honor the check.
Enclosed is the 2022 Activity Tag Request Form which should be completed and returned in the enclosed envelope asap and no later than April 10. Activity tags will be issued in May to all residents who have no outstanding account balance. Tags must be worn when using the common grounds. Lot owners in good standing will receive one (1) tag per resident plus two (2) guest tags. Additional guest tags may be purchased for $10.00 per tag and must be paid for at the time of the request. No more than four (4) additional guest tags per household can be purchased. Please send your completed Activity tag request form with separate payment for any additional tags (Checks made payable to SLA) in the enclosed pre-addressed envelope.

Also, if you are not yet receiving important SLA email notices, please send an email with your name and address to bob@sturbridgelakes.com and ask to be added to the email list.
No one is permitted in a lake except in Summer at the lifeguarded beaches when lifeguards are on duty. There are no exceptions. Activity on ice at the lakes is strictly prohibited. Discuss these important safety issues with your children.
Board of Trustee meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month in the All Purpose Room at Signal Hill School during the school year. When school is closed an alternate meeting location will be announced. Please check the bulletin boards and thelaker.net for confirmation of meeting dates and location.
All homeowners are entitled to attend monthly Trustees meetings and to get involved in your committees: Social, Architectural, Environmental, Maintenance and Recreation. See the enclosed committee membership form.
