Sturbridge Lakes Architectural Committee Approvals

The following is a list of all approved applications to the SLA Architectural Committee. Once approval has been received, the project may be started for up to one year. If it is longer than one year, the application must be re-submitted.

The tree must be removed. I will be replacing with at least one tree, likely in the spring.

I have to apologize because the work has already been started. I was under the impression that our pool builder was going to obtain the SOH approval. But, found out just this week that they had not. Permits have already been issued, and they completed the excavation. Also, the form would only let me attached a jpg. But, the survey is a pdf. I manually changed the extension to jpg so it would upload. When you want to look at the file, change the .jpg extension to .pdf, and it should open in adobe acrobat reader. There is approximately 120 linear feet of rotten wood around various windows and doors that will be removed, replaced, and painted to match the original trim.
